Role – Site Supervisor role
Location – Close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Salary – £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Our client is currently recruiting for a site supervisor to join their growing team.
Candidates will have to be a hands on supervisor, who is looking to get involved and be part of a growing organisation.
Main duties will include –
Oversee daily site activities, coordinating schedules, allocating work and monitoring team performance
Being the first port of contact in regards to site operations
Providing a hands on approach undertaking duties such as Pipework, Carpentry, Decking, Concrete brickwork and Rock work.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
Dealing with client and customer queries and or communications professionally and efficiently
Candidate attributes –
SMSTS / SSSTS required
CPCS / NPORS Excavator Preferred
CPCS / NPORS Dumper Desirable
CSCS minimum
Full driving licence required
Trailer licence Desirable
