About the Role
Global Highland are recruiting an experiencedSite Supervisor / Managerto take ownership of day-to-day operations across a range of civil engineering projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating all site activities from groundworks through to completion
• Supervising direct labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Ensuring all works meet technical specifications and quality requirements
• Driving a strong health & safety culture on site, including toolbox talks and inductions
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and project managers to maintain progress and resolve issues
• Keeping accurate site records, reports, and daily diaries
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates to management

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in a site supervisory or management role within civil engineering
• Strong technical knowledge in earthworks, reinforced concrete, drainage, road construction, and utilities
• Relevant construction management or civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree desirable)
• SMSTS / SSSTS (desirable)
• NRSWA Supervisor
• 3 Day First Aid
• CSCS card Gold or Black (management level preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
