Mechanical Project Managers with large project delivery experience will enjoy working for a leading Contractor in the delivery of a large programme of works in The Netherlands. Plan, organise, lead, coordinate and control all activities with construction of mechanical Project, taking major developments from cradle to grave. Experience required

• Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Experience of managing combined Mechanical / Electrical projects a distinct advantage.
• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience post qualification.
• Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering).
• Excellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities.
• Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
