We are working with a London-based project management company who are looking to bring in a new Project Manager focusing predominantly on offices.

The founders have build a solid reputation in the industry and their repeat business and word of mouth recommendations has overwhelmed them with so many new, exciting projects, they’re looking for someone with both the right experience and a genuine desire to progress. The Role:
As a Project Manager you will lead the full project life cycle and deliver multiple projects ensuring the high standards and deadlines are met within budget and scope.

This role is Hybrid - 2/3 days in the City office per week but this is not a strict rule.

What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for delivering a range of projects and executing the needs of clients in accordance with project requirements.
Managing the entire project life cycle for your projects whilst managing all budgets, project timeline and cost sign off.
Responsible for all programming, schedules and project delivery dates for aligned projects.
Responsible for new sites feasibility studies, providing detailed risk analysis and top line estimates for clients.
Providing value engineering for all elements of construction without compromising the quality of the build.
Ability to communicate effectively to clients and contractors regarding UK building compliance and legislation.
Influence and over see all health and safety compliance for your projects.
Identify and articulate significant risks to a project and manage solutions, responses and communication regarding those risks.
Ensuring all projects are compliant with relevant statutory legislation.

Requirements:
2-4 years experience in the sector.
Strong work ethic and dynamic self-starter.
Very organised, strong attention to detail and diligent individual.
Ability to develop trust and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
A solid understanding of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation.
