Permanent, full-time position
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, with travel required

Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor is required
Construction or building works experience is essential
EWI, façade or insulation systems experience is strongly preferred
Experience working on domestic retrofit projects is highly relevant
Full UK driving licence is essential
Experience working in occupied residential properties is important
Experience with grant-funded retrofit schemes is desirable
Knowledge of render systems, insulation boards and fixings is desirable
Supervise teams delivering domestic retrofit works
Coordinate subcontractors and labour on site
Manage preparation, installation and finishing activities
Oversee EWI, internal/external insulation and associated retrofit works
Coordinate site activities including scaffolding and preparation works
Monitor progress against programme and specification
Carry out quality checks on completed works, particularly EWI systems and finishes
Identify and report defects, issues and variations
Maintain health and safety standards across site activities
Ensure safe working practices around scaffolding and other site activities
Communicate effectively with customers and residents
Support productivity while maintaining quality standards
Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar
Strong construction or building works background
Experience in EWI, façade works, insulation or domestic retrofit
Ability to supervise teams and subcontractors
Strong understanding of quality and construction standards
