Intermediate Estimator
Location: Epping, Essex
Salary: ~£40,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Start Date: Ideally within the next month

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Estimator with 2–5 years' experience to join our growing team based in Epping. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday–Friday), ideal for someone looking to develop their career with a supportive and busy contractor.

About the Role:

Working across a variety of interesting and rewarding projects, you will play a key part in our pre-construction and delivery teams. Projects typically include:

- Commercial office fit-outs
- Education (schools)
- Healthcare and hospices
- Occasional high-end residential projects

Our work is predominantly in London (around 80%), with some projects outside the capital as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing procurement schedules
- Organising and attending site visits
- Pricing and estimating
- Supporting frameworks and tender submissions

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Main contractor experience is essential
- Comfortable working across a variety of project types
- Proactive and organised, with a strong eye for detail
