Overview

As a Senior Project Manager (Mechanical Contracts), you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex mechanical engineering projects from pre-construction to commissioning and handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Oversee combined mechanical packages where applicable
• Ensure commercial and contractual compliance, including P&L oversight
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering preferred (not essential)
• Trade background advantageous
• Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance in building services
• 3-5 years of leadership or project management experience in engineering environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Strong IT proficiency and project management capabilities
