EV Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong EV Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the rollout of EV charging stations (DC Fast Chargers & Level 2) for an international client. The ideal candidate must have experience in EV infrastructure deployment, preferably with a U.S. client, or at least international client exposure, along with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end EV charger deployments including site surveys, engineering review, permitting, utility coordination, civil/electrical work, installation, commissioning, and close-out.
• Review and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs), electrical layouts, and basic engineering drawings.
• Communicate directly with engineers, electricians, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Track project timelines, manage schedules, follow up with vendors, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, site photos, checklists, and close-out packages.
• Handle high-volume communication across calls, email, and collaboration platforms while following structured SOPs.

Requirements
• Experience in EV infrastructure rollout is mandatory (EV charger installations, electrical deployments, solar EPC, telecom rollout, or MEP projects).
• Experience with a U.S. client preferred; strong international client communication required.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of electrical concepts: load requirements, panels, breakers, conduits, trenching/boring, grounding, and basic power calculations.
• Ability to interpret SLDs, line diagrams, and construction plans.
• Proven experience in project coordination, vendor management, documentation, and technical reporting.
• Proficiency with tools like Airtable, Smartsheet, CMMS systems, MS Office, and collaboration tools.

Ideal Profile
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple technical projects.
• Confident communicator who can work independently with U.S.-based engineering and field teams.
• Fast learner with strong technical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• At least 1 years of experience with large international customer interface preferred.
• Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree
