We're seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing fit out team in Manchester. You'll be responsible for pricing projects from start to finish, working on exciting restaurant, bar, and shop fitting projects with values up to £10m. This is a hands-on role where your accuracy and attention to detail directly impact our project success.


Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for fit out and building works projects
- Price projects from initial brief through to final delivery across restaurant, bar, and retail sectors
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to produce accurate estimates
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information
- Review and validate estimates to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Support the sales and project delivery teams with cost breakdowns and value engineering
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all estimates and pricing data


What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years' experience in estimating for fit out, refurbishment, or building works
- Strong knowledge of fit out costs, materials, and labour rates
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects


What We Offer

- Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum
- 2–3 days per week in our Manchester office (flexible working)
