• Install kerbs, edgings, slabs, and block paving

• Prepare sub-bases and lay materials to a high standard

• Deliver surfacing, landscaping, and external finishes

• Read and follow site drawings and plans

• Operate plant safely and carry out daily checks

• Work closely with other trades to maintain quality and deadlines

• CSCS Skilled Worker card (required)

• Proven experience in finishing and external works

• Detail-focused, reliable, and safety-conscious

• CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers) — desirable

• Work on high-profile UK projects
