People HR Administrator - 10 months FTC

To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a People Team Coordinator (10 months FTC) to come and join our team at our Leicester Head Office site in Leicestershire LE67 6HS .

As our People Coordinator, you will:

Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries - handling first line requests in a timely, collaborative manner whilst working with our People Advisors/HRBPs where necessary

Administer HR-related documentation, such as offers/contracts of employment, changes & leavers

Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

Participate in People Team projects as and when required

Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Provide generalist administrative support across the wider People Team function, including Reward, Resourcing & Learning/Development


In order to be successful in this role, you will:

Have previous experience in working within an HR administration role

Be confident in all Microsoft Office

Possess organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload in a methodical manner

Have demonstrable experience of communicating with key stakeholders

Experience with HR software - ideally Resourcelink

Take pride in having a strong attention to detail
