Linear Recruitment are recruiting for a freelance Site Manager on a long term contract. The role is based in Hull and will be converting a listed building into apartments. The successful candidate will have related experience and be able to start from mid-November. Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
Job duties:
* Ensuring Health and Safety on site
* Coordinating sub-contractors and site operatives
* Ordering materials
* Ensuring the project runs on time and update key stakeholders on the progress of the project
* Updating site diary
Experience required:
* Related qualifications – SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
* Related experience e.g. Office – to – Residential
