Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a commercial business for an Engineer Coordinator based in Horsham. This role sits at the heart of the operations team, coordinating engineers, clients and internal teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently. Working within a small team, there will be times when you are managing things on your own, so being self-motivated and able to use your own initiative is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling engineers and booking jobs via CRM systems
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing job updates
  • Managing client records, keyholder details and routine service planning
  • Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Preparing reports, quotations and supporting documentation
  • General administration and social media support

About you:

  • Minimum one year experience scheduling engineers/construction industry
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with good customer service skills
  • Confident IT user and quick to learn new systems
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
