The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Development Team at our modern Head Office in Huddersfield to implement the company’s marketing, communications and social media content.

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and articulate communicator to build effective relationships with a range of different people. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves bringing ideas to life, and wants to grow their marketing skills in a supportive environment.

You’ll help us strengthen our brand presence through compelling content, well-designed materials, and consistent marketing activity across digital and offline channels.

Duties to include:

• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
• Update website content and support basic SEO tasks
• Develop LinkedIn Articles with Directors on current industry topics
• Develop case studies for Project Manager to edit that showcase our work and client success stories
• Create brochures and capability statements to support business development
• Design marketing banners for events, digital campaigns, and promotions
• Create internal with bi-annual internal newsletters
• Undertake photos and videos of staff and project outcomes
• Assist in gathering of photographic imagery for marketing purposes
• Support with admin tasks such as reporting, CV updates
• Help co-ordinate marketing activities

Ideal Candidate:

• Full, clean driving licence
• Marketing/Business Management graduate with experience in a similar role
• Excellent English language & creative writing skills
• Experienced in social media content management (ideally within the construction industry)
• Experience with Canva and Adobe InDesign
• Comfortable using social media and basic digital tools
• Organised, reliable, methodical, a keen eye for detail and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicator with a drive to succeed
• Willingness to travel to project meetings & sites throughout the UK
