AK Recruitment & Logistics are looking for experienced Fire Stoppers to join our skilled trades team for projects across Manchester.

Duties include:

• Installing fire-stopping materials and systems

• Sealing openings and penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings

• Working in line with fire safety regulations and site specifications

• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fire stopper (minimum 1 year preferred)

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Passive Fire Protection (desirable)

• Knowledge of fire safety standards and building regulations

• Own tools and PPE

• CSCS card (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
