Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key trends and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Help with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.

Profile

A successful Part-Qualified Financial Accountant should have:

• Part-qualified/Finalist for ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or qualified by experience).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a financial accounting or management accounting role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently.
• Experience within property, real estate, construction, or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous.

Job Offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
