Skilled Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity working for a successful, award winning company linked to the property and construction industry, based in Henley on Thames.

Our client's experienced in-house surveying team designs solutions that protect structures and buildings from the effects of water ingress. Your role, as part of a dedicated team of skilled operatives, will be to install these specified systems.

This position does require travel to project sites which are both local and further afield including London.

You will need to be based within an accessible distance of Henley.

We are open to candidates with all levels of experience ranging from a few years to highly experienced skilled operatives. Our client offers fantastic training and benefits!

We require from you

  • Construction site experience and a good understanding of construction sequencing.
  • Multi skills - basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry preferred.
  • A passion to learn and a hard-working attitude.
  • Forward thinking and a careful planner around projects.
  • Punctuality to site and organised time management across the day.
  • Ability to quality control of works.
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel.
  • Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills
  • Current CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Health & Safety compliance (preferred)
  • The role requires a DBS check.
