Finishing Manager - Traditional New Build Housing

Cambridge | £225-£270 per day | Start ASAP

We're looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a traditional new-build housing site in Hemel Hempstead

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the site team on a busy traditional build housing scheme

• Coordinating trades & subcontractors

• Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point

• Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting

What you'll need:

• Previous experience as an FM on new build housing sites

• CSCS , SMSTS and First Aid

• A proactive, reliable attitude - you'll be the steady pair of hands while the Site Manager is away

• Available to start ASAP
