Fawkes & Reece are working with a large Plumbing contractor who are working on a Retrofit scheme in Hartlepool. The contractor is looking for a Freelance Site Manager to start in February for 12 weeks but could extended.

The successful Manager will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector, be based within the Hartlepool area or within travelling distance.

Responsibilities:

• Managing trades and Labour
• Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
• Reporting progress to senior management.
• Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
• Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
• Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too

Requirements & Experience

• SMSTS
• First Aid At Work
• CSCS Card
• Previous experience in Social Housing/Retrofit
• Own transport

Benefits

• Monday - Friday working week, 40-45 Hours per Week
• £28 Per Hour CIS/UMB
• 12 weeks work, could be extended
