Project Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Drafting and managing programme of works
- Setting standards on site in terms of quality and H&S
- Chairing Client Meetings
- Contract / Cost management
- Weekly reporting upline to Board
Project Manager experience required:
- Minimum 15 years career experience
- Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience
- No.1 Project Manager on projects up to £4m in value
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
- Strong it / reporting skills
