The practice is looking for a skilled and motivated Architect with up to several years of experience to join their Harrogate team. The successful candidate will work on a range of exciting projects, contributing to all stages from design through to completion. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Professional qualification as an Architect.
• Up to several years of post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit would be preferred.
• Strong design and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Lead and manage the development of design concepts and detailed architectural solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals other design software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Produce high-quality drawings, models, and visualisations.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings.
• Ensure projects comply with current building regulations and standards.
