Site Manager - Temp to Perm

Working with a main contractor we are recruiting for an experienced Manager to join the Site Team on this new build scheme based in Harrogate valued at £2.5 million.
This is the first of a series of projects in the area and could lead to a more permanent position for the right candidate.

The Scheme
Internal strip out an refurbishment of a 20 year old office block into a modern works space.
Works will include new M&E systems, construction of new open plan and individual suits.

About You

• Experience of delivering high end refurbishment projects as either Number 1 or as part of a management team
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Experience with Fieldview
• Able to comfortably liaise with commercial team and client
• Giving Toolbox talks and Inductions
• Able to identify materials needed to enable programme to be delivered.
• Ability to effectively plan work for days/weeks
• Upholding the highest Health and Safety Standards
