Description
Responsibilities
:

Advise on health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all projects

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments

Develop and implement health and safety policies
-
Deliver in-house training to staff to promote a safety-first culture
-
Assist with ongoing safety initiatives as the company grows
-
Develop, implement, and manage new and existing health and safety policies, procedures, and programmes in line with legal requirements and industry best practices
Profile
-
Professional health and safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Experience in the construction industry (ideal but not essential)

A proactive approach to safety and compliance
