Description

Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Collaborate closely with the construction department to ensure project requirements are met.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

Participate in tender review meetings and provide input.

Maintain up-to-date records of all estimating information.

Analyse project risks and provide appropriate solutions.

Support the Construction Manager with the implementation of projects.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
