Reed Business Support have partnered up with a Commercial Refurbishment company to begin the search for an Administrator to join their small team.
As well as needing Administration experience, ideally from the Construction industry, some other requirements are;
Happy to work in a dog friendly office - including yours!
Comfortable working in a small office, max 5 people
Ideally a driver with access to a car, due to limited public transport to the office, which is based in Harlow
Duties are;
General office admin duties, e.g. postage, filing, archiving, document checking.
General secretarial duties e.g. Answering phones, typing letters and e-mails etc.
Formulating and sending tender enquires, including document management for correspondence of drawings and specifications, also following up and collating of responses.
Imputing Invoices / Raising Invoicing.
Keeping CIS record/details up to date.
Collation of Health & Safety manuals on completion of projects.
Purchase stock Office supplies/stationary.
Receiving delivers to office and/or warehouse areas.
Provide general support to the Management and Directors
Hours 9am - 5pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Salary, £25,000 - £30,000 (negotiable) depending on experience
