About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of major manufacturing projects. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll lead project budgets, manage costs, and provide key financial insights to support decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight
: Drive financial performance for high-value projects, ensuring budgets and forecasts are met.
Project Accounting
: Manage revenue recognition, cash flows, and cost analysis with precision.
Collaboration
: Partner with project managers to enhance financial reporting accuracy and influence successful outcomes.
Leadership
: Work closely with the finance team to implement best practices and improve financial insight across operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven finance professional who thrives in a project-based environment.
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in manufacturing and project accounting (capital goods, construction, or IT projects highly beneficial).
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for large-scale projects.
Advanced skills in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or LN) and Excel.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
