Commercial Manager with List building experience required!

Project:

• Listed / Grade I building project
• £340 per day LTD Company / Self employed (outsite IR35)
• Managing trade package procurement

We are looking for a Commercial Manager with a contractor background, on a site based near Guildford. This is a Grade I listed heritage project, the role will be focused on trade package procurement initially and will then move onto wider commercial/cost management of various trade packages works on site. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
