ROLE

• Provide expert legal advice on complex non-contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
• Lead high-profile infrastructure projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a wide range of sectors.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-value non-contentious construction matters, ensuring strategic and timely delivery.
• Work closely with clients, offering guidance on contractual issues, risk management and project procurement strategies.
• Mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and enhancing team collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7-10 years PQE with extensive experience in non-contentious construction law, specialising in JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke contracts.
• Proven ability to lead on complex construction projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality legal solutions.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• An analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of providing practical, client-focused advice.
• Eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
