Project Manager - £450/day + Benefits - O&G/Power/Heavy Industry

?? Rate: £450/day (Ltd Co) + £25/day Per Diem

?? Mileage: £0.45 per mile (weekly)
? Schedule: 4 x 10-hour days (Mon-Thurs) + 5 hours Fri

?? Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in O&G, Power, or heavy industry? We’re looking for a proactive leader to oversee construction projects, manage teams, and drive successful project delivery.

? Preparing pre-mobilisation and pre-construction plans (HSE, Quality, RAMS, ITPs)
? Managing construction, HSEQ, commercial, and project controls
? Overseeing labour, supervision, and equipment deployment
? Ensuring work methods align with safety and quality standards
? Monitoring budgets, cost controls, and project progress
? Handling client communications, meetings, and reporting
? Managing subcontractor procurement, forecasting, and contract closeout
? Leading and mentoring junior/intermediate staff

? 10+ years of construction experience (5+ years as a Construction Manager) or Degree Qualified Engineer with 10+ years of project experience
? Experience in O&G, Power Generation, or heavy industrial sectors (preferred)
? Strong contractual knowledge, project controls, estimating, scheduling & planning skills
? Excellent communication & leadership skills
? Strong safety knowledge & computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
