We are looking for a dedicated Paint Mixer professional to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for stable, long-term employment.
Day-to-day of the role:

Perform precise mixing procedures for joinery coatings and stains, ensuring all formulations and colour matching meet the highest standards.

Maintain and update colour recipes, libraries, and samples.

Assist in the planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling the dispatch of finished goods.

Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all products are free from defects.

Manage stock control of colourants and special pigments, maintaining a clean and organised mixing and laboratory area.

Test coated samples and prepare them for client presentations.

Adhere to safety protocols, utilising required safety equipment and overseeing the disposal of waste.

Maintain tinting and lab equipment daily.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional colour perception – essential.

Strong attention to detail in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Previous experience in spraying or handling coatings – essential.

Relevant qualifications such as BTEC, NVQ, or City & Guilds are preferred.

Full UK driving licence.
