Location: Innsworth, Gloucester
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours Per Week)

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently supporting one of our established and expanding HVAC clients within Gloucestershire in their search for an Operations Manager with experience within the Construction sector.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the allocation of human, financial, and material resources.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.
• Align operations with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Generate reports and present insights to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• Experience within the Construction (or equivalent) Industry
• SMSTS (Desirable but not essential)
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
