Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Initially Bristol but work is across the whole of the South of England

£40,000 – £50,000 + Package

We’re working with a well-established contractor specialising in industrial roofing and cladding projects, , who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing roofing and cladding projects for commercial or industrial clients ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The first project is an industrial warehouse project using Euroclad systems in Bristol, but as projects can be across the South of England, the role will involve travel and lodge.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring H&S compliance across all works
• Coordinating programme delivery and reporting progress
• Liaising with clients, all within the commercial/industrial sector

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within roofing & cladding
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience working for a specialist roofing and cladding contractor
• SMSTS and CSCS essential
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary
• car allowance
• Travel and lodge covered
• Company bonus scheme (after 6 months)
