AMB Recruitment Group are seeking Cathodic Protection Engineers (Levels 1–4) for a well-established Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Maintenance company. Please see below the details of the role.
Job Overview:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term / Ongoing work available
Rate of Pay:
Level 1: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (CIS)
Level 2: £22.00 – £26.00 per hour (CIS)
Level 3: £26.00 – £32.00 per hour (CIS)
Level 4 / Senior Engineer: £32.00 – £38.00+ per hour (CIS)
(Rates dependent on experience, competencies, and certifications)
Hours Worked per Week: 40–50 hours
Overtime/Weekend Rate: Time and a half / Double time (subject to project requirements)
Qualifications/Cards Needed: Valid CSCS, relevant Cathodic Protection certifications (level dependent)
Experience Needed: Concrete cathodic protection, structural repairs, monitoring, testing, installation and maintenance
Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Qualifications:
Cathodic Protection certification appropriate to level (Level 1–4)
NVQ or equivalent in construction / engineering (preferred)
Experience:
Proven experience in cathodic protection works on concrete structures
Experience with installation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of CP systems
Infrastructure, bridges, marine, or highways experience advantageous
Confined Space, IPAF, PASMA (advantageous but not essential)
Valid and in-date CSCS
