We are working with a leading legal business seeking a senior solicitor to join its growing construction team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across the UK and internationally, alongside a collaborative team of legal professionals.

Role Requirements

Experience:

• Strong background in transactional construction matters
• Experience advising on procurement, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and documentation
• Knowledge of development work within sectors such as retail, housing, hospitality and energy projects
• Experience supporting cross-disciplinary teams in Real Estate, Corporate and Planning matters

Skills:

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Skilled in providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
• Effective organisational and time management abilities to meet critical deadlines
