An independent multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to add a professional, client facing Construction Project Manager to their growing team.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will join a dynamic team of 24, comprising of 11 Project Managers, and additional Building Surveyors and CDM professionals.
Working on a broad variety of projects, typically from £10k - £10m, across the Commercial, Retail, Office, Industrial and Hotel sectors.
The firm have continued to go from strength to strength and have a strong high-end, premium client base and secured pipeline for the next few years. As a result of this, they are looking to strengthen their Project Management team, hoping to grow to a team of 40 in the next few years.
The new Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in achieving these ambitious goals, with fantastic opportunities to progress through the ranks to a Senior role, whilst also working in a friendly, social and flexible environment - working from home a couple days a week.
