Our client, is currently seeking an experienced Working Supervisor with a strong joinery background for an ongoing project based in Castlemilk, Glasgow.
This is a hands-on role, suited to a time-served Joiner who can lead by example while overseeing day-to-day site activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Working on the tools alongside supervising site operatives
*
Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed to programme
*
Supervising subcontractors and direct labour on site
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are met and maintained
*
Liaising with site management and reporting progress
*
Maintaining quality control and high workmanship standards
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Working Supervisor or Senior Joiner
*
Time-served Joiner with relevant trade qualifications
*
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
*
CSCS card (Supervisor or Skilled Worker level)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to read drawings and manage workloads
*
Own tools preferred
