Albion Search are currently working with a regional main contractor who specialise in refurbishment projects, to appoint a Site Supervisor/Foreman for an industrial refurb in Gateshead. This is a full unit refurb including internals & roofing of the offices and warehouse space.
The ideal candidate will be from a joinery background and have experience in managing team of sub-contractors, as well as working on industrial projects previously.
Roles & Responsibilities
* H&S
* Supervising sub-contractors & trades
* Ensuring joinery works are completed to a high standard
* Providing updates to the visiting Project Manager
* Assisting with Inductions
* Point of contact between trades & the project manager
* Progress monitoring/reporting
You must have a valid and in date SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid and a CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience.
