Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor - North East

Role

A Senior QS position has become available through growth of company portfolio and following internal promotions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid, sizeable contractor, to lead on the commercial management of large building projects in the region. Contracted for 38.5 hours per week, the Senior QS will work from a mix of site and office location.

Experience Required

Applicants must come from a main contractor background and demonstrate experience of projects valued up to £10m.

Remuneration

Salary will depend on experience, variable between £60,000 and £72,000 with additional benefits including car/allowance, pension and health cover.
