Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per year
Join our client as a Civil Estimator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and securing of profitable work. This position is office-based and offers a dynamic environment where you will act as the principal point of contact throughout the tendering process.
Day-to-day of the role:

Support the preparation of tenders, ensuring all bids are profitable and meet company standards.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the tender process, establishing clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Collaborate with the bid team to communicate tender requirements and strategies.

Manage multiple tender processes simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Utilise innovative methods and continuous improvement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the tendering process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civils estimating or quantity surveying.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.

Proficient in relevant software and tools used in estimating and tender preparation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
