reliable, experienced Labourer
who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and grow with them for the long haul.
The job:
Supporting skilled tradespeople on site
Assisting with deliveries, material handling, and site prep
Keeping workspaces clean, safe, and organised
Working across varied projects in the Borders and beyond
Being part of a team where everyone mucks in—no egos, just effort
The Person:
Proven labouring experience
a CSCS card is beneficial but experience is more important - bring your skills
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
Driving licence preferred but not essential
