Skilled Paving & Finishing Operatives
Bonus: Dumper or Roller Ticket
Join Coinford , specialists in groundworks and concrete frames. We are seeking experienced paving and finishing operatives to support long-term projects across our sites.
Role Requirements (Essential):
Proven experience in paving and finishing works
Skilled in external works including kerbs, edgings, slabs and block paving
Able to read and work from drawings and site documentation
Strong knowledge of materials used in road build-up, formation and paving works
High attention to detail to ensure quality finishes
Able to carry out daily plant checks and report any issues to site management
Desirable:
CPCS/NPORS tickets (dumper or roller highly desirable)
3–5+ years’ experience in paving and finishing works
Experience working as part of an established gang or team
General Expectations:
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well with other trades and support programme delivery
Right to work in the UK
