Operations Manager
to join our client's team in Feltham! ??
Key Responsibilities:
?? Supervise and lead a team of drivers and office staff.
?? Ensure efficient and profitable vehicle operations.
?? Oversee daily tasks and compliance with regulations (e.g., driver hours).
?? Provide top-tier customer service and maintain relationships.
?? Manage invoicing, admin, and monitor subcontractors.
?? Foster team spirit and promote company values.
Skills & Qualifications:
?? Strong leadership & communication skills.
?? Experience in logistics and managing teams.
?? Good knowledge of drivers' hours regulations.
?? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
?? Proficiency with IT systems and procedures.
