About the Role:
This position is pivotal in developing financial controls, improving processes within the finance function, and providing critical information to the senior finance team. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Managing the company's cash flow forecasting
• Overseeing payroll controls
• Continuously monitoring and improving process efficiency
• Providing technical support for year-end accounts
• Ensuring compliance with all tax postings
• Maintaining and monitoring accounting software to identify areas for improvement

About You:
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accountant seeking a position with excellent progression opportunities. You should have a passion for refining accounting processes and compliance. The successful candidate will be either part or fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with practical experience.
