We are currently recruiting for a Property/Estates Service Manager for a short-term contract (approximately 3 months) based in Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

£35.45 per hour (inside IR35 via an umbrella company)

37 hours per week

Location; Lyndhurst (SO45)

• To lead and manage all aspects of the Property & Estates Service.
• Degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Membership of relevant professional body (RICS)
• At least 5 years post qualification experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing and developing professional staff
• Proven ability in developing and delivering a strategic plan for a property/estates led function ideally within a public estate role
• Sound financial management
