Job Title: Estimator

Location: Essex

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We're looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Estimator to join a new and growing division specialising in fencing projects for large main contractors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a well-established company experiencing steady growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate material and labour costs for large fencing projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to assess and action incoming leads.
• Work closely with the Contracts Director to develop proposals and manage project expectations.
• Assist in pricing strategies to secure contracts in a competitive market.

What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:

• A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role, ideally within fencing or construction.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a go-getter mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• CSCS certification.
• Familiarity with fencing or related industry practices.
