The client, one of the largest independent firms of Commercial Property Consultants, is looking for a Town Planner to join the team. They specialise in a range of projects from urban regeneration and commercial developments to heritage-led schemes and rural planning!

The Position as a Town Planner

• Providing expert planning advice on a variety of projects, including heritage and conservation developments.
• Preparing and submitting planning applications , appeals, and environmental assessments.
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities , ensuring clear and professional communication at every stage.
• Contributing to strategic planning initiatives and identifying opportunities for development and growth.
• Mentoring junior team members , sharing your knowledge and experience.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
• MRTPI
• Previous relevant experience.
• A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
