CNX is working with a leading design, build & fit out contractor who operate throughout Scotland, and seeking an experienced and accomplished Contracts Manager.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is degree qualified, with a track record of safely delivering a variety of complex projects for Construction and major projects.
The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge of project and construction management, supervision of trades & labour, safety and quality systems, risk assessment and control.
This is a permanent position. Additional requirements include;
* SMSTS
* CSCS (Black Card preferably)
* First Aid
The salary package is between £50,000 to £60,000 based on experience and location as this contractor carries out works on projects across Scotland.
