Contracts Manager - Roofing | North West
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
I’m looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established roofing contractor. This role is based in the North West, with projects ranging from
£100,000 to £2M
for clients including
Walkers and Pepsico
. While most work is in the region, occasional travel further afield is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee projects, ensuring completion
on time and within budget

Manage multiple contracts, coordinating
resources and subcontractors
.

Conduct
site visits, risk assessments, and H&S audits
.

Liaise with
clients and site teams
to maintain strong relationships.

Ensure compliance with
HSE regulations and company policies
.

Resolve
technical and contractual issues
.
Requirements:
-
Experience as a Contracts Manager in
roofing
.

Strong knowledge of
roofing systems and materials
.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-
Knowledge of
contract law and H&S compliance
.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
