Our Client is looking for a Development Manager for their new site in Manchester, which will look to be completed and ready in June.

The Development Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of the full management of a designated building. This role will be the direct interface with the Client and Tenants within the building.

Location: Eccles, Manchester

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm
