Remuneration: £25,000-£30,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The role of theInternal Sales Engineer - Cooling and Heating Hire:

• Internal sales role, selling a range of cooling & heating products including: Chiller hire, Boiler hire, Portable AC , Air Handling hire, Heater hire, Pump hire
• 50% selling into industrial end users, straight to site sales & 50% selling into trade contractors; M&E contractors, plumbing & heating contractors, refrigeration contractors, air conditioning contractors etc.
• Primarily supporting the external sales team in their duties: processing customer orders, raising quotes via the CRM systems, general admin & documentation
• Following the sales process for less complex orders you may have generated yourself
• Liaise with existing customers to maintain relationships and generate new orders
• Deal with incoming customer enquiries via telephone & email
• Typical order values £10,000-£20,000
• Realistic scope to move into a field sales position down the line

The ideal applicant will be anInternal Sales Engineer - Cooling and Heating Hire with:

• Must have experience in: internal sales, sales support, telesales or customer facing role
• Ideally will have experience with cooling/heating products or the M&E industry
• Would consider a college or university graduate focused in building services or engineering
• Must have a good telephone manner and be confident at all levels of business
• Hungry with a desire to succeed and grow within a business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• IT Literate (Office)
